Before placing your order, please kindly be informed of the following important notice:

Due to changes in trade tariffs between China and the United States, effective April 25, 2025, for all orders shipped from China to an address in the United States and weighing under 15kg (for reference, a standard devices typically weighs around 1kg), import duties will not be covered by IoTNVR. These duties must be paid by the customer upon customs clearance.

If the customer refuses to pay the import duties during customs clearance, the goods may be destroyed by customs, and IOTNVR will incur additional disposal costs.

In such cases, no refund will be issued, even if the customer does not receive the goods.

For orders weighing 15kg or more, IoTNVR will handle the US import duties and arrange air freight shipping. Delivery time is approximately 10 business days.
